I visited with friends. It has enough sitting area. On the day we visited there was some issue with AC so little humid otherwise it was awesome. Staff was super friendly

This place is too good,too spacious and can accommodate many customers. It has many small cabinet like spaces that are very cozy.

Good place for snacks and brunch

We (me & my husband)recently had a wonderful experience at Chaayos Cp, and I would like to recognize two outstanding team members for their exceptional service. Kunal at the Chaayos M-Block location truly went above and beyond. Despite some delays with my order, Kunal handled the situation with remarkable patience and understanding. His calm and professional demeanor ensured that we felt supported and valued, even when we became a bit upset due to the delays. His ability to remain composed and not take things personally is a testament to his dedication to customer service. Additionally, We want to extend our gratitude to Kritika, the manager, who demonstrated genuine care and kindness. When I mentioned the timing mismatch between the food and my masala chai, Kritika immediately stepped in and offered a replacement tea. This thoughtful gesture not only resolved the issue but also made us feel truly cared for as a customer. Thank you, Kunal and Kritika, for making our visit to Chaayos a delightful and memorable one. Your commitment to exceptional service is truly appreciated!

A lovely place for dine in. The food is simple yet delicious. Big highlight - Mango smoothie, Elaichi chai, Kulhad pav bhaaji. The staff was perfect as well, especially, Sanjay who was very courteous and honest
