I had a great experience at Chaayos overall! The ambiance is warm, and the food and beverages are consistently delicious. Most of the staff were courteous and familiar, creating a warm atmosphere. However, I had an issue with one staff member, Himanshu, whose behavior was rude and unprofessional. His attitude toward both customers and colleagues felt out of place in such a friendly environment. I believe addressing this could further enhance the excellent experience Chaayos is known for.

I had an amazing experience at Chaayos! The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. A special shoutout to Alok and Ankit for their polite and friendly nature – they truly made the visit even more enjoyable. Such a great place to unwind and enjoy quality time. Highly recommend!
